On the afternoon of Nov,7th 2017, Jingzhou city government signed intentional cooperation agreement with Hubei branch of China Development Bank , planning to establish Jingzhou fund for Yangtze River Protection and City Construction.
Municipal Party Secretary, the Director of Standing Committee of the NPC of Jingzhou City Yang Zhi hosted the signing ceremony and gave a speech. On behalf of the Jingzhou city government, the mayor Cui Yonghui signed the intentional cooperation agreement with Liang Qinkai, the party secretary and the director of Hubei branch of China Development Bank
Yang Zhi pointed out that Jingzhou has always been a long-term strategic cooperation partner with Hubei branch of China Development Bank, and both sides have deepened and intensified the cooperation with sincerity, the win-win cooperation of both two sides entered a new era. The two sides jointly prepared to build Jingzhou fund for Yangtze River Protection and City Construction, as a result to promote the green development of Jingzhou, which showed the substantial moves to learn and implement the spirits of 19th National People’s Congress, and also took the specific measures to facilitate the development of the Yangtze Economic Belt by promoting well-coordinated environmental conservation and avoiding excessive development. Jingzhou will strongly act with the guidance of party central committee and actively plan out the project, to reduce the air pollution, carry out the regulation of water and land, and make new contributions to the protection of Yangtze River.
Liang Qinkai addressed that Hubei Branch of China Development Bank lift themselves to a new level on the business performance for a long time while supporting Jingzhou’s economic and social development. In the new era, we must make new accomplishments; Hubei Branch of China Development Bank will take the leading role to mobilize all kinds of finical formats and innovate the investing and finical mode, provide good service for Jingzhou’s economic and social development, build a model for the cooperation between China Development Bank and Cities.
